    Michael is a Partner and Head of our Commercial Litigation team.

    He has more than 25 years’ legal experience and joined Brachers in 1998, after starting his career in banking and asset finance in the City. He has been a Partner since 2004.

    Michael is ranked in the Chambers UK 2024 legal directory for Litigation in the South of England. He was named as a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ in the Legal 500 2024 directory.

    He is part of the Collections and Recoveries team which won a Credit Excellence Award 2020 for its debt recovery work. In recent years he also developed a new debt recovery product in partnership with an international debt collection agency which yielded outstanding results for its clients.
